114-2 Internship Committee Meeting Schedule
The Internship Committee will hold three Internship Committee meetings for the 114-2 semester. Students are advised to prepare their applications in advance.
Ministry of Education (MOE) Regulations (Effective Feb 1, 2026)
Pursuant to Article 6-2 of the "Implementation Regulations for Cooperation between Industry and Academia at Junior Colleges and Above," the MOE has established an Internship Organization Inquiry System. The department must verify the eligibility of internship providers through this system.
Requirement: For any internship starting from February 1, 2026, students must provide the "Unified Business Number" (UBN) or "Company Name" to the department office or email it to huishan@ntut.edu.tw for eligibility verification before proceeding.
Application Procedure
Please complete the following two forms and submit them to the Department Office or via email (huishan@ntut.edu.tw) before the respective deadlines:

- Form 1-Basic Information Form for Off-Campus Internship Providers
Meeting & Submission Deadlines:
- 1st Meeting: Scheduled for Week 6. Submission Deadline: March 27 (Fri), Week 5.
- 2nd Meeting: Scheduled for Week 12. Submission Deadline: May 8 (Fri), Week 11.
- 3rd Meeting: Scheduled for Week 18. Submission Deadline: June 18 (Thu), Week 17.
Additional Guidelines & Reminders:
- Educational Internships (e.g., Cram schools, Camps):
1. Teaching hours must comprise at least 80% (approx. 256 hours); the remainder may be administrative.
2. Minimum class size: 5 students.
3. The organization must provide a training mechanism.
4. A class teaching plan is required.
- Oral Presentation: Please prepare a 3–5 minute brief introduction of the internship provider and your job duties for the committee's review and Q&A.
- Internship Opportunities: Please refer to departmental announcements of the Office of Research and Development for current openings, or cakeresume. All internships must be approved by the Committee regarding suitability, safety, and professional relevance.
- Internship Agreement: Ensure the provider is willing to sign an internship agreement with Taipei Tech. The university prohibits the involvement of third-party platforms, headhunters, or human resources agencies in internship matching.
- Overseas Internships: Students must apply for a legal working visa (not a tourist visa) as per local laws. An "Application for Leaving School for Overseas Internship" must be filed with the Office of Research & Development before departure. Credits will not be granted for internships conducted without a valid visa.
- Credit Requirements: The required 2-credit "Internship" (Summer Internship) consists of 320 hours. These hours may be accumulated during winter/summer breaks and semesters (Note: This is distinct from a "Semester Internship").
