📅 Part 1: Thesis Submission Standard Procedures & Deadlines

1 Apply for Turnitin account 1-2 days None. Please apply in advance to get your account activated. Apply
2 Register an account for thesis submission system — None. Registered users can directly utilize the WriteAid Similarity Scanner (National Central Library). Guide
3 Upload the full-text and check the similarity report — None. Fulfill criteria on both: 1. Turnitin & 2. WriteAid Similarity Scanner (Reserve at least 2 comparison attempts). Guide
4 Apply for Turnitin review 2-3 days 🎯 Must apply 1 week BEFORE your official oral defense.
*Note: The library will review applications in order and will NOT accept any urgent requests.		 Guide
5 Upload thesis full-text 1-2 days ⏳ Hard Deadline: August 16th (Sun.), 2026 Log In
6 Submit the hardcopy of thesis to the library — Please submit your hardcopy printed volume before the university's final graduation clearance deadline. Guide
7 Finish all graduation procedures — 🚨 Hard Deadline: August 24th (Mon.), 2026
*Complete the final school-leaving check-out clearance process via Student Portal.		 Portal
📂 Part 2: Required Items for Library's Graduation Clearance Submission
📝 Prerequisites before Counter Submission:
To complete the library's graduation clearance procedure, you must upload your full-text online and pass the library's official validation first. Afterward, please prepare the following physical items for counter submission:

2 Authorization Agreement (授權書) 2 Copies Please generate and print out the authorization forms from Step 3 in the official ETD thesis submission system . ETD System
3 Thesis Validation *Approval Email* 1 Copy Once your online submission passes the library's verification, you will receive an official Approval Email. Please print it out directly . Print Email
🔒 ADDITIONAL ITEMS: If you need to delay the open access date of your thesis (Thesis Embargo Request)
*If a thesis embargo is requested, both the physical paper copy and electronic thesis must be applied for [s|2].
