[Graduate Notice] Degree Examination Schedule & New Thesis Embargo Policy (Spring 2026)
1. Degree Examination Critical Deadlines
(Tentative; please refer to the 2026/115 academic calendar for the official final deadline).
Graduation System Access Policy:
• Only students who have fully completed both enrollment and degree examination records for the current semester may access the graduation clearance system.
• Special Note: Students who passed their defense in the previous semester (Fall 2025, 114-1) but wish to complete graduation clearance this semester (Spring 2026, 114-2) should contact the Registration Division staff of their department in advance for early processing.

2. New Mandatory Policy on Thesis/Dissertation Embargo Application
Mandatory Regulations (Effective from the 2025/114 Academic Year):
According to the Degree Conferral Act, theses shall be made public after approval. However, students who request a Thesis Embargo (delayed public release) MUST submit their application BEFORE the degree examination.
During the defense, the examination committee will officially review and confirm whether the thesis/dissertation involves confidential information, patent matters, or is legally restricted from public access.

Please ensure you use the revised "Application Form for Master's Degree Examination" and download the appropriate "Evaluation Form" depending on your status:
• Option A: "For Thesis Made Public after Approval"
• Option B: "For Thesis under Embargo Request"
