【課程公告】110-1 學期大一英文免修及學分抵免申請通知
申請截止時間：
• 一般申請截止：110 年 10 月 1 日（星期五） 止。
• 特殊專案辦理：110 年 9 月 24 日（星期五） 止。

• 特殊專案辦理：110 年 9 月 24 日（星期五） 止。
欲申請 110-1 學期英文課程免修的同學，請先至教務處網站下載並填寫 D2「免修學分申請表」，連同相關證明文件提交至應用英文系辦公室審查。審查通過後，請務必於截止日前填寫下方的線上申請表單。
註：填寫 Google 表單時，請務必使用學校提供的「北科大 Google 帳號」登入。

For those who request an English course waiver, please download and fill out the D2 document (available on the Office of Academic Affairs website). Please submit the physical D2 document along with your English proficiency certificates to the Department of English for approval, and complete the online form below before the deadline.
