5. Submit Thesis & Graduate

After passing your thesis defense and submitting the necessary forms to the department office, you should start the final revisions to incorporate the comments given by the thesis defense committee members. After you have completed revisions to your adviser and committee members’ satisfaction, you need to make copies of your thesis in both paperback and hardcover and submit them to the library and to the department office. You can then apply to graduate with the Office of Academic Affairs.

Time

Officially, the deadline to submit your final, binded thesis is January 31 in a first semester and July 31 in a second semester. However, if you haven’t reached your maximum years of study, you may submit your thesis latest, in a first semester, one week before the next semester begins and, in a second semester, two weeks before the next semester begins. Student's Tasks

Prepare two paperback versions of your thesis. The Taipei Tech print center can handle this for you.

With the Department Office...

Submit one paperback thesis to the department office.

With the Taipei Tech Library...

Go to the Taipei Tech Library Submission of Electronic Theses website (ChineseEnglish) to read more about how to submit your paperback thesis to the Taipei Tech Library and obtain the required approval documents to continue your graduation procedures with the Office of Continuing Education.
