2. According to Article 11 of the aforementioned regulations, the provisions in Article 6-2 shall take effect on February 1, 2026. Subparagraphs 3 to 6 of Paragraph 1 involve major occupational disasters and labor law violations by partner organizations. To facilitate early operations and enhance tracking efficiency for universities, the Ministry of Education has established the "Internship Institution Query System". This system integrates collected data from the Ministry of Labor's "Occupational Disasters Disclosure Website" and the "Labor Law Violators Inquiry System" to assist universities in verifying partner organization eligibility.

3. The Ministry of Education has created this database exclusively for institutional administrative verification. Therefore, for all internship periods commencing on or after February 1, 2026, please submit the internship host organization's "Unified Business Number (UBN)" or official "Company Name" to the Department Office, or email the details directly to huishan@ntut.edu.tw to verify if the organization complies with statutory regulations.
