  • B.A. in English, Class of 2020
  • M.A. in Second Language Education, McGill University

Rebecca graduated from National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT) with a B.A. in English in 2020 and went on to pursue an M.A. in Second Language Education at McGill University. During her time at NTUT, the rigorous coursework in English language teaching, curriculum design, and second language acquisition provided her with a strong academic foundation that proved invaluable for her graduate studies. The diverse and comprehensive curriculum helped her develop critical skills in language pedagogy and research, which she has applied throughout her academic and professional career.

In addition to her studies, Rebecca gained hands-on teaching experience as a teaching assistant in the English Corner program at NTUT. This role allowed her to lead conversational English practice for non-English majors and design engaging learning materials, helping students improve their language skills. Her experience at the English Corner sparked her passion for language teaching and set the stage for her ongoing research in second language education, particularly in innovative teaching methods such as gamification and multimodal learning.

Currently, Rebecca is a Project Assistant at NTUT's Center for Bilingual Learning, where she continues to contribute to language education initiatives and the development of EMI and ESP programs.
